I am a writer and artist.  I work in photography, design and installation. I write about new and old media, and cultural theory. Recently my writing and research has focussed on Otto Neurath and the Isotype Institute. I am currently editing a volume on Museum Media for Wiley-Blackwell. I am Associate Professor in Media and Culture at the University of the West of England, Bristol, UK.
